1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 88bk website accessible at https://88bk.io, including all pages, features, services, and mobile-browser interfaces provided therein.
• "88bk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 88bk platform and all services offered under the 88bk brand.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional rewards granted by 88bk under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using an approved payment method that have been credited to the Account balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 88bk in accordance with its obligations under applicable standards.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or features offered on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88bk. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

3 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 88bk strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Any Account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately closed and all deposits refunded, subject to verification.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not in any professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are the rightful owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your Account.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by 88bk, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by way of Platform-initiated suspension or closure.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by or affiliated with 88bk or any of its game or technology partners.

88bk reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any point, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of this information changes.

• Registration details must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be your own and must be capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Account registration is free of charge. 88bk does not charge a fee to open an Account.
• 88bk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication where this feature is available in your Account settings.
• Log out of your Account fully when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 88bk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

88bk will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access that was facilitated by your own disclosure or negligence. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you notify us otherwise in a timely manner.

6 Deposits & Payments

88bk accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment method belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• 88bk does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
• 88bk reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used, as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or reversals initiated against 88bk transactions through your payment provider will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure. 88bk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
• Only Real Money Funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met their stated wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Processing times vary by payment method; mobile money withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 60 seconds to 30 minutes. Bank withdrawal processing may take up to 3 business days.
• 88bk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. This may include requesting additional documents or confirmation of account ownership.
• 88bk does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard withdrawal requests, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

88bk offers various promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL, Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have registered a valid Account and completed the required deposit or other qualifying action specified in the promotion.
• Standard wagering requirements of 25x the bonus amount apply unless a specific promotion states a different requirement.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period specified in each promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Wagers placed using Bonus Funds on certain game categories (such as live dealer table games) may contribute a reduced percentage toward the wagering requirement. Full contribution rates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• 88bk reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or via any other abusive method.
• 88bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotional offer at any time. Reasonable notice will be given where practicable.

9 Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets offered on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of each game and market as published within the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific rules shall prevail.

• The results and outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) where applicable, or by live events in the case of live dealer games and sports betting markets. 88bk does not manipulate outcomes.
• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 88bk does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game or market interface.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to placement of a bet. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• In the event of a technical failure, 88bk will endeavour to settle affected bets in a fair and transparent manner. Where a game round is interrupted and cannot be completed, the wager amount will be returned to the player's Account balance.
• Any winnings resulting from a software malfunction, an error in the display of odds, or a pricing error will be considered void and the wager amount returned.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Accessing the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law without appropriate authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

88bk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered players from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 88bk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 88bk.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

88bk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, processed, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

88bk will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

88bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these terms, we will notify registered players by email, by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, or both, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting support.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally applicable principles of law recognised in the context of online gaming services. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission to the support team, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before commencing formal legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between versions in different languages (if any are made available), the English version shall prevail.
